Dominic Weston has spent over two decades in television bringing together teams of very different people — directors, camera operators, scientists, contributors, commissioners — building and leading those teams, and managing relationships with commissioners and on-screen talent at the highest level of the industry. Every facilitation engagement begins with a conversation about what you need — what you've tried before, what's working, and what a successful session would look like. From there, Dominic designs a session that fits your team, your time and your objectives.

Sessions can be half-day or full-day. They take place in person across Somerset, Bath and Bristol, or online for distributed teams. Every session includes a pre-session consultation, a designed agenda, and a brief written summary of outcomes and agreed next steps.
